Absolutely NO minors!

There is a limit of one (1) guest allowed to accompany you.

There is a $25 dollar rescheduling fee. You must reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will need to put down another deposit.

No alcohol is allowed in the studio.

You must provide a government issued ID. No school IDs.

If I assume you may have been drinking prior to your appointment, I have the right to decline service for your safety. Please arrive sober.

Smoking is allowed on premises.
